Hi! We are Lila and India, 8th graders from New York.

We designed this website for people who are interested in learning more about themselves and their periods. This website is for people of all ages, genders, and sexualities. We believe that even if you don’t get a period, it’s important to be educated on what it actually is. 

 

Here you will find blog posts that answer from the simplest questions, like “what is a period?” to more complicated ones, like “how do I feel confident and comfortable discussing periods?”

• Destigmatize periods

• Promote safe and hygienic period culture
